Cupcakes for My Hubby

After the 1st baking class i attended, I can't wait to make again and plan to give it to my hubby for our special day. 

I thought it very easy to make the cupcake as i got the experience in the class.  But when bake alone at home, then only found that, it really not easy as I think! My cupcakes are failed and I do not know why it will fail. I emailed to my teacher and she advised that the butter should not beat too long as the it will melt and cause the cupcake will not raise up.

For the fondant, I spent alot of time to make it even though most of the designs are done by the cutter, but the fondant itself is not easy to handle!

This is my 1st experience of baking at home, the result turn out not upto expectation. :(
