Pandan Chiffon Cake
I can't remember how many times I have failed for my chiffon cake. I'm tried very hard on the chiffon cake. I suppose the cakes are failed due to the white egg which I beat not enough longer then what it suppose to be.
Finally, this is the successful Pandan chiffon cake I have. :) Even thought this is not the best but I still feel happy on the succeed.

CNY Cookies
This is my 1st time to make cookies for CNY celebration and I felt proud when my relative tell me it is nice and my hubby like the pineapple tarts alot. :D
For the pineapple tart, I bought the ready made jam from Phoon Huat, it taste good. I only need to make the skin but actually it not easy to make as the mold is not easy to handle. When i press the batter, sometime it will break and i need to remake again. It spent me alot of time to make the skin. In future, i will buy the flower mold, I think it will more easy for me.
For the pineapple tart, I bought the ready made jam from Phoon Huat, it taste good. I only need to make the skin but actually it not easy to make as the mold is not easy to handle. This is my 1st time to make cookies, found that it more easy than make a cake. :p The 1st batch of cookies are abit burn but still accceptable. After that, all look ok.
This cookies are special made for my nieces and nephew. They like it alot.. :)

Cupcakes for Sister's Birthday
It happen on October 2011, as my sister's birthday is coming and i have learn to make fondant cupcake, I want to give my sister a surprise.
This round, I make the fondant first then on the actual day I only start to bake the cupcake as I read from some blog said that the fondant can keep for few days.
The fondant is more easy to handle if compare to the previous fondant. (I used different brand). But i still spent alot of time to create the design. Maybe, I got not much idea on the theme.
I feel very disappointed to myself on the cupcake. Again, it failed! I got no idea what is the reason my cupcake is failed again. But, at least the cake is better than my cupcake. I suspected the reason is due to the oven as I bake the cake at my mother in law's house.
Now i got phobia to bake cupcake as I never success on it.
Anyway, i still feel satisfy with my fondant as my sister, nieces and nephew like it. :)

Cupcakes for My Hubby
After the 1st baking class i attended, I can't wait to make again and plan to give it to my hubby for our special day.
I thought it very easy to make the cupcake as i got the experience in the class. But when bake alone at home, then only found that, it really not easy as I think! My cupcakes are failed and I do not know why it will fail. I emailed to my teacher and she advised that the butter should not beat too long as the it will melt and cause the cupcake will not raise up.
For the fondant, I spent alot of time to make it even though most of the designs are done by the cutter, but the fondant itself is not easy to handle!
This is my 1st experience of baking at home, the result turn out not upto expectation. :(
